I couldn't take it. I wasn't reading. That's like not drinking. I was dying. I couldn't do it with Angels and Demons. I guess since school and work, my stress level and risen, reading is my way of relaxing. It's not as if A&D is a bad book, it just didn't spark my interest level, at least at the moment. So after work, I headed down to the library and got the Pirate Lord. I started reading it while I was driving. Thats how freaking depraved I was lol. But its good.
I am going into chapter 4 and so far so good, as always from Sabrina. Ah man, the heroine is so stupid lol. Not like stupid stupid..but she's a bluestocking reformer..yet stupid. Stupid. Idiot.
She wants to change some laws of reforming prisons and transportation of women through ships. She claims that women going through these processes often get raped and blahblah. True.
So she plans on GOING WITH THEM on a ship to prove she and her reform group are right.

So in chapter 3 we finally met the acclaimed hero. FINALLY I say again. He's a pirate captain and his men are cranky, being on this island see. They need booty. Lots of it.
Here comes Mrs. Willis, the heroine, on this boat named Chasity...porting on this island with more horny than usual men.
Doom. LOL.

Thats as far as I got. Man I can feel my blood tingling with pleasure..I can hear my inner voices thanking me for getting the book.
I also got a book, The Villa, that I plan on reReading after I finish with the Lord series. I loved this book.
How the girl, the mom and the grandma all get laid in this book. Its fantastic, different, and again, fantastic.
OH and school I downloaded firefox on one of the library's computers. I couldn't take IE anymore. Screwing up with everything I do. Most likely its going to undownload once they restart the computers (which they do everyday) but its remarkable how I am able to download in the first place. Shoot, I could download a virus and knock all ALL the computers, since they are all connected to the same server. GAH. What a shit-hole that'll be. nothing inteaded, btw.

OK, that book sounds horrible! That heroine is the kind I love to hate. Nobody will rape her because she is respectable?!?! What?!?! Huh!??!
Oh and let me guess, the captain is the "meanest pirate evah" but he hasn't hurt a fly. LOL.
